Amid chanting and burning rubble at the protest on Monday, students vowed that the shutdown would continue until their demands were met.
The picket is expected to start at 1pm on Wednesday outside the FW De Klerk Foundation’s offices in Plattekloof, Cape Town.
Two transport unions have also been called on to join the action.
They turned violent after they were told to leave.
‘We are calling on the family to be brought back and [to] be held accountable,’ said their Twitter account.
