International Independent Arts Council is non-monetary independent arts and cultural forum established by Panayiotis Neufelt.
The members of the Board of Directors will be announced in July 2025.
Panayiotis invites individuals, organizations, governments, and global entities to join hands in upholding this manifesto, cultivating a world where cultural diversity is cherished, respected, and celebrated as a fundamental asset for humanity’s shared future.
