Being Independent means the world to us. Being Independent does not mean that we feel excluded or we are neglected. The IARC, participates in selected events, and produces its own initiatives, focusing and contributing to cultural and creative economy in various ways, identifying and explicating cultural and social phenomena, offering much attention, mainly to the independent, or the oversighted artists and cultural or creative industries organisations, without excluding anyone else.
